Postage & Packaging

To place an order with us, please write using the order form, enclosing your remittance.
Payment is with order (alternatively a pro-former invoice can be provided) and cheques should be made out to "Sylak Ravenspine".

We Are Pleased to Accept:

Please be aware that a small final uplift may occur - taking into account weight of item/s once packaged.
We only charge customers for postage and packaging at cost, and reserve the right to use alternative carriers.

All orders must be sent insured. We can not and will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit unless adequate cover is met (often this is included in the standard postage cost). If additional insurance is needed, we will automatically add this to your order invoice.
